📦 Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, you can request a return or exchange.

• 📅 Return Window: Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery.
• 🚚 Return Shipping: Free return shipping. Courier charges will be refunded upon providing the courier receipt.
• 📞 How to Initiate: Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery to raise a request. Sharing product images or an unboxing video helps us verify quickly.
• 🎁 Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories (if any).
• 💰 Refunds: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• 🔁 Exchanges: Defective or damaged items can be exchanged free of charge.

⚡ Important Notes

• To avoid disputes, an unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the parcel is opened.

🔄 Cancellation Policy

• ✅ Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled any time before they are shipped.
• ⏱ Within 1 Hour: Full refund, no charges.
• ⏳ 1–3 Hours After Order: Refund processed with a 10% cancellation fee (covers payment gateway and admin costs).
• 📦 After Dispatch: Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may instead request a return under our Return Policy.
• 🚚 Delayed Orders: If products are not shipped within 10 business days, the order will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
• 💳 Refund Timeline: Refunds are initiated within 2–3 business days and credited back to your original payment method within 15 business days.
• We reserve the right to cancel, reject, or refund any order placed due to technical issues, system malfunctions, pricing errors, bugs, or any unintended platform behavior.
