At SAANTHI METAALS, we value your trust and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please review our cancellation, return, and refund guidelines below.

📦 Return & Exchange Policy

A clear unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the sealed parcel is opened to be eligible for any exchange to be approved.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, you can request for an exchange. Provided a clear uncut unboxing video is shared to us.

• 📅 Exchange Window: Exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of delivery.
• 📞 How to Initiate:
  1. Kindly share the unboxing video through WhatsApp to +919629280066.
  2. The video must be recorded clearly from the beginning without any cuts or edits and should meet the exchange eligibility conditions. On approval we will arrange for a pickup.
  3. Parcel: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all
  accessories (if any).
  4. Our courier partner will pick up the parcel from your doorstep.
  
  Note: If the product is shipped through a self-arranged courier service, the courier charges will not be covered by us.

• 💰 Refunds: No cash refunds will be provided. Only product exchanges are applicable.
• 🔁 Exchanges: Exchange orders will be processed within 2–3 business days after the returned shipment is received at our warehouse.

🔄 Cancellation Policy

• ✅ Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled any time before they are shipped.
• ⏱ Within 1 Hour: Full refund, no charges.
• ⏳ 1–3 Hours After Order: Refund processed with a 10% cancellation fee (covers payment gateway and admin costs).
• 📦 After Dispatch: Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
• 🚚 Delayed Orders: If products are not shipped within 10 business days, the order will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
• 💳 Refund Timeline for Cancelled Orders: Refunds are initiated within 2–3 business days and credited back to your original payment method within 15 business days.
• We reserve the right to cancel, reject, or refund any order placed due to technical issues, system malfunctions, pricing errors, bugs, or any unintended platform behavior.
